Site Review

On June 4, 2012,  Moonbeam Boulder and Surround Architecture submitted a Site Review package to the City of Boulder. The package is a continuation of the careful planning, thorough research, and detailed analysis of previous design concepts for the site. Community outreach meetings have played a crucial role in the development of the designs and plans, and will continue to be integral to the project going forward. Concept Review

On February 6, 2012, a Concept Review package was submitted to the City of Boulder for the development of 2641 4th Street. The package is a result of careful planning, thorough research, and detailed analysis of previous design concepts for the site. Community outreach meetings have been and will continue to be integral to the design plans. The full concept package is available through the City of Boulder website (as per City standards).
