Pre-Application Submittal

Moonbeam Boulder and Surround Architecture submitted a Pre-Application Review Submittal to the City of Boulder on January 5, 2012.  This is an initial regulatory step in the official City of Boulder development process – a general submittal that outlines the project background, concept, and design team. It also offers a chance to ask pertinent questions about the project and the site, and as such is an important method of understanding the project limitations, constraints, and parameters – as well as the potential opportunities. Pre-Application Reviews are intended to aid property owners in determining how development regulations apply to a specific property, and are conducted by City Staff.
